Elementary school student or older, a resident of Toyohashi City and whose native language is not Japanese.
Time limit
Elementary and junior high school students 3mins or less
Senior high school students and older 5mins or less

Open (Except for the past awarded entries)

Mail, fax, or e-mail your speech manuscript to Toyohashi International Association (manuscripts written in Roman alphabet are permissible)
