This year’s festival is packed with exciting events, including stage performances where you can enjoy music and dance from around the world,
a pedestrian-only area “Hoko-ten” connecting the Suijo buildings, and the “Japanese Language Speech Contest,”
where foreign residents share their thoughts and experiences in Japanese.
There will also be face painting, balloon art created by clowns, and various events celebrating the 25th anniversary of the Sister City partnership with Toledo.

The stage will open with a performance of traditional Japanese drums by the Osaki Shiokaze Taiko group,
followed by performances representing the Philippines, Brazil, Ukraine, Indonesia, Ecuador, Hawaii, and Vietnam,
with the finale featuring the Peruvian dance “Marinera.”
At the end of the morning stage events, there will also be a quiz celebrating the 25th anniversary of the Sister City partnership between Toyohashi and Toledo.

A large selection of world cuisines from Brazil, Mexico, Vietnam, Peru, Philippines, Ghana, Ukraine, India and more.
You can also enjoy "world cuisine" lunch boxes specially prepared by the chef of emCAMPUS Food, handmade soba noodles by Imahashi Sobauchi Society,
and original sweets from Toyohashi Commercial High School.
You can shop for a variety of accessories, clothing, and sundries from Ukraine, Brazil, Philippines, and many other international countries.
Brazilian artists will do a wonderful face painting on your face. There will also be portrait artists.
To celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Sister City partnership, we will connect online with Toledo, USA. With a time difference of 14 hours, you can interact online with the citizens of Toledo on the other side of the world.
You may have played goldfish scooping before, but shrimp and crab fishing is rare. Is it difficult to catch them?
Sakuragaoka Gakuen's older brothers and sisters will gently teach you the tricks.
With the cooperation of Soroptimist International of Toyohashi, you can enjoy Matcha green tea and Japanese sweets. Foreigners and Japanese are all welcome.

Participants who are elementary school age or older and do not speak Japanese as their first language will give speeches in Japanese about
what they experience or feel in their daily lives.
The venue is emCAMPUS STUDIO Seminar Rooms A, B, and C (5th Floor, emCAMPUS EAST).
Panels introducing International organizations that are active in Toyohashi, will be displayed and videos will be shown.
This year’s theme is“130 Years of Japan-Brazil Friendship and Exchange.”
Students from Toyohashi’s Brazilian schools (Cantinho Gakuen and EAS Toyohashi) have expressed their thoughts through vibrant and heartfelt paintings.
Balloons shaped like flowers, dogs, cats, and cartoon characters will be given to children.
Have fun with classic games like Shateki (target shooting game) and super ball scooping together with your kids.
To celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Sister City partnership, we will trace the history of exchanges between the two cities through a panel exhibition.
Don’t miss the video introducing Toledo as well.
In addition, there will be the “Multilingual Friend Park,” presentations of experiences by JICA Overseas Cooperation Volunteers, and a report session of the High school and Junior High students Overseas Dispatch Program, the [TOYOHASHI Global Youth Challenge].
This is an arranged Molkky competition based on the traditional Finland's sport "Molkky".
It’s a team competition between the three cities — Toyokawa, Tahara, and Toyohashi along with Toyohashi University of Technology,
Aichi University, and the ABT Toyohashi Brazil Association.
In the afternoon, we’ll also welcome general participants, so let’s all enjoy some outdoor sports together.
Experience an earthquake simulation using a seismic simulator vehicle, and try reporting an emergency using “Live 119,” which transmits information through video communication.
